Please read these terms carefully before using the ik99 platform. All rules regarding account registration, bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming are described in detail here.
Introduction & Applicability
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the ik99 platform and all its services. By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
ik99 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If any changes are made, we will post a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms have been prepared for users in Bangladesh.
Account Eligibility & Registration
To open an account at ik99, the following conditions must be met:
Age Requirement
The ik99 platform is for individuals aged 21 and above only. By registering an account, you declare that you are at least 21 years old. ik99 may request documents to verify your age at any time.
One Account Policy
Each person may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and the deposited funds may be confiscated. Creating duplicate accounts is considered bonus fraud.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. Report any unauthorized activity on your account to the ik99 support team immediately. ik99 is not responsible for any losses caused by third-party access.
Accuracy of Information
All information provided during registration must be complete and accurate. Providing false information may result in the account being suspended or closed. It is the user's responsibility to keep their account information up to date if anything changes.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods
ik99 provides secure transaction facilities through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking and banking services. The following conditions apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on the platform.
Deposits
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method)
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank)
- Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly
- Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used
- Deposits sent from third-party accounts will be returned
Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
- Standard processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours
- Identity verification may be required at the time of withdrawal
- Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit
- Funds earned from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met
Bonus & Promotion Terms
ik99 offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has specific conditions that must be read before claiming.
Welcome Bonus
A 100% match bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000 is offered at ik99.
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,000 — total balance ৳2,000
- Example: Deposit ৳42,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — total balance ৳62,000
- Wagering Requirement: 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on deposit + bonus)
- Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings
- The welcome bonus applies only once per account
- The bonus will be cancelled if it expires
General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are available to valid and active players only
- Claiming multiple bonuses from the same person, household, device, or IP address is prohibited
- ik99 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if bonus fraud is suspected
- Promotion offer deadlines and terms are subject to change — always check the latest terms
- Bonuses cannot be converted to cash; they are for gaming use only
Gaming Rules & Fair Play
All games available at ik99 — including slots, fishing, cricket betting, bingo, and live casino — are operated according to defined rules. Each game has its own rules, which are stated in the game interface.
Fair Play Policy
ik99 ensures fair play across all games. If a game result is affected by a technical error, network disconnection, or software issue, the relevant round may be considered void and the bet will be returned.
Prohibited Activities
Any form of hacking, cheating, bot use, artificial betting strategies, or interference with the game system is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately.
Sports Betting
For sports betting at ik99, specific betting rules apply to each event. If an event is cancelled, postponed, or changed, ik99's decision on the outcome of the relevant bet is final.
Disconnection
If your internet connection drops during a game, it will generally resume from where it left off. However, in certain cases the bet may be cancelled — contact support for more details.
VIP Program & Rewards
ik99's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier offers weekly cashback benefits and special offers. Moving to a higher tier unlocks greater benefits.

Account Suspension & Closure Terms
ik99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following situations:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms
- Providing false identity or age-related information
- Operating multiple accounts
- Detection of bonus fraud or system abuse
- Suspicion of money laundering or any other illegal activity
- Using another person's payment method
- Engaging in harassing or disrespectful behaviour
- Requesting to close your own account (Self-Exclusion)
Before closing an account, ik99 will conduct an investigation where applicable. If a breach of terms is found, the remaining balance in the account may be confiscated.
